The Role
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven Regional Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimization across Stakeholders VR's portfolio of markets and brands. This role is responsible for driving RevPAN, Occupancy, and ADR performance by combining data, technology, and market insight into disciplined pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies.
The Regional Revenue Manager works directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and local Revenue Managers to ensure consistent adoption of best-in-class revenue practices across all markets while tailoring strategy to each market's demand patterns, asset mix, and seasonality.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Leadership
- Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to define and execute regional revenue strategies aligned with EBITDA and profitability goals
- Identify revenue opportunities across markets based on demand patterns, seasonality, and bedroom mix
- Ensure pricing, availability, and distribution strategies are data-driven and performance-oriented
- Drive consistent adoption of best practices across all brands and markets
- Active contribution to revenue performance in select markets
- Strategic oversight of revenue execution in established markets
Pricing, Distribution and Inventory Optimization
- Oversee dynamic pricing strategies across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Direct, and emerging channels
- Ensure proper use and optimization of revenue tools (Wheelhouse, PriceLabs, Key Data, AirDNA, PMS integrations)
- Optimize listing performance through rate strategy, minimum stays, gap night management, and calendar discipline
- Guide markets on pacing analysis, compression strategy, and demand response
- Ensure inventory health through availability management and block reduction
Data, Reporting and Market Intelligence
- Analyze market-level data including RevPAN, ADR, Occupancy, Bedroom Mix, and Booking Window trends
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting and insights to executive leadership
- Identify underperforming segments and create corrective action plans
- Utilize market data to inform forecasting, budgeting, and owner performance conversations
- Develop standardized KPI dashboards and reporting consistency across brands
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Directly support and guide local Revenue Managers and Operations leaders
- Establish clear revenue KPIs, expectations, and accountability measures
- Coach markets on best practices, tool usage, and performance improvement
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to align revenue strategy with growth and service execution
- Participate in owner-facing strategy conversations where revenue education is required
Performance Improvement and Standardization
- Establish and enforce revenue management playbooks across markets
- Drive adoption of standard operating procedures for pricing, distribution, and inventory management
- Lead training initiatives for local teams on revenue tools and strategy
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and technology leverage
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or STR performance optimization
- Strong understanding of vacation rental KPIs including RevPAN, ADR, Occupancy, and Bedroom Mix weighting
- Hands-on experience with revenue tools such as Wheelhouse, PriceLabs, Key Data, AirDNA, or similar platforms
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into action
- Experience working across multiple markets or brands preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and influence local teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, multi-market environment
- Strong understanding of OTA distribution and direct booking strategy
